With a background in Programs Management at The University of Law, United Kingdom, and almost a decade of experience in research design and institutional development, she ensures that the school’s instructional practices are measured, documented, and continuously improved. Doris designs the reading fluency monitoring protocols that allow teachers to track each child’s progress and adjust instruction in response to real data.
